Online travel provider “CAREEM” has introduced a new feature in its super app that allows users to book a ride to any Covid-19 vaccination center in Pakistan.

Added to the super app called ‘Get Vaccinated’, this new feature includes all the details related to the vaccines provided by the government in the country.
This feature includes vaccine eligibility, location, and timings of all vaccine centers established across the country.
With this feature of Careem’s super app, users can easily book a ride by calling the nearest vaccination center without any traffic or parking problems.
“We are committed to helping you at this crucial time,” Careem said in a post shared on Facebook.

The post added that our new feature ‘Get Vaccinated’ on the home page of the Cream app provides details of all the Covid-19 vaccination centers set up by the government and takes you there safely.
It was further advised that you should book a Careem ride at this time as you have not shown any symptoms of the Corona virus and have not been in contact with a person infected with Corona for the last 14 days.
The post said that you will benefit from Careem’s strict safety policies and avoid crowds in the parking lot of the vaccination center.
It may be recalled that on February 1, the first consignment of Coronavirus vaccine containing 500,000 doses arrived in Pakistan from China, after which the vaccination of frontline health workers against Corona was started on February 3.
Registration for the country’s frontline health workers, who are 60 years of age and older, began on February 15 to get the covid-19 vaccine, but after some delays, the vaccination process began on March 10.
Following this, on March 26, Federal Minister for Planning Asad Omar had announced that registration for the vaccination of Covid-19 for people over the age of 50 in the country would start from March 30.
