For the past several months, Saudi Arabia is trying to bring its moderate face in front of the world, and the ban on women’s driving was eliminated for this purpose, and for the first time, concert was held for women for the first time only in Riyadh. Saudi Arabia Music Concert hosted First time for Female Singer in History.
Lebanese singer Hiba Tawaji performed Arab classics and covers of Whitney Houston and Céline Dion songs for thousands of young women at the Wednesday concert in Riyadh.
Many excited attendees of all ages attended a packed King Fahad Cultural Center. The environment was electric with enthusiasm.

The event was well organized by the General Entertainment Authority (GEA).
Tawaji dedicated a song to the late Italian/Egyptian singer Dalida, before singing her song “Helwa ya balidi.”
